REFUND POLICY?:
  • Due to our intimate enrollment size, NO CANCELLATION may be accepted FOR ANY REASON after February 28, 2009 and full tuition will be due and payable.
  • All enrollments MUST BE PAID IN FULL by March 1, 2009 (unless other arrangements have been made in writing). If a camper’s tuition is not paid in full by this date, the camper may forfeit her space and the balance of the tuition will be due immediately including any interest or collections fees. Interest of 1.5% per month will be charged monthly on all unpaid balances. Any unpaid “early enrollment” will revert to non-discounted tuition rates.
  • If cancellation is made prior to February 28, 2009 a full refund minus a 30% administration fee will be returned (if it is not early enrollment).
  • Once a camper arrives at camp, NO REFUNDS will be made for any reason. Any deposit received for “Early Enrollment” is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • We reserve the right to dismiss any caper that is not compatible with the camp program. The camper and her parent will forfeit any and all tuition.
  • We can not offer discounts on late starts or early departures.
  • Omission of any pertinent information can be grounds for dismissal
    Sorry, but unfortunately some dietary restrictions can not be accommodated.
  • Tuition quoted does not include miscellaneous charges unless noted otherwise (laundry, spending, trips, etc)
  • Late Registration Fee / Late Payment Fee (After March 29) $175.00
